Recipe: Prawn mayo pasta

This week in Claire’s Kitchen we have one for the seafood lovers, we’ll be showing you how to make a quick and creamy prawn mayo pasta.

Ingredients

1/3 of a pack of frozen prawns (any size – little or big prawns)

Peppers and any other vegetables you like

Mayonnaise

Pesto (or other herbs)

Any kind of pasta

Method

1. Fry the prawns until cooked – if they’re frozen, you just need to defrost them in the frying pan to get rid of the ice. Once cooked, they will turn pink.

2. Add the mayonnaise and stir – add a bit of water. This makes into more of a sauce.

3. Chop up a pepper and add it in to the mix. At this point you can add any other vegetables like onions or mushrooms

4. Add some herbs and/or pesto to season it

5. Boil some pasta. Drain the water off and add it to the mix.

6. Add it to the pan and stir.

7. Enjoy!
