Get involved with UV Sport and Fitness Week

Christ Church Sport UV week is back this term and better than ever.

It’s your chance to switch off the lights and play sports or do an exercise class in the dark, under UV light.

So, here’s all the details you need to know:

When is it?

UV week will take place from February 26 to March 2.

What do I need?

All equipment is provided and no experience of the activity is necessary, just find a white t-shirt and come along.

How long?

Each session lasts around one hour, with plenty of opportunities to get involved.

What’s there to do?

Activities including Zumba, Basketball, Spin, Netball, Lacrosse, Table Tennis and much more.

How much?

Activities only cost ONE POUND to attend and enjoy yourself.

Jack Crittenden, from Christ Church Sport said:

“Christ Church Sport are building on our hugely successfully UV Week, which took place in March 2017.

“Using selected Social Sport sessions and Exercise Classes, we take Ultra Violet lights and turn up the music, giving anyone that comes along the chance to enjoy the session while glowing.

“It’s a fantastic opportunity to socialise with fellow students.”
