Women’s Football 1’s beat London Met 1’s 15-1.
Captain Chloe Gilligan said: “Captains player of the match goes to Poppy Smith for outstanding defending and controlling the back 4 in critical situations.”
Men’s Football
Men’s Football 2’s lost 3-2 to Hertfordshire 1’s.
Luke James Alliband said: “So unlucky not to win, MOTM James and Izzie for winning their battles and driving us forward.”
Men’s Football 4’s beat Essex 3’s in the cup 5-4.
Joe Massarella said: “3-1 down didn’t bat an eyelid, pulled it back, bish bash bosh up the 4s.”
Men’s Rugby
Men’s Rugby 1’s won 27-0 against Imperial 2’s.
Thomas Little said: “Dominant forward display. Player of the match Kieran Elliot (again) carried really well and scored two try’s from the base. 3 wins on the trot.”
Men’s Basketball
Men’s Basketball beat Hertfordshire 2’s 74-65 to advance to the next round of the BUCS cup.

Women’s Basketball
Women’s Basketball beat City 1s 46-40.
Captain Cara Shaw said: “WOTM – Jade Esprit for her continuous hard work on the court, amazing motivation on all players and solid defence.”
Men’s Hockey
Men’s Hockey 1’s lost 3-2 to St Mary’s University, in a very close game.
Captain Ethan West said: “MOTM – Johnny Amos, absolutely solid on the defensive end and very calm on the ball.”
Women’s Hockey
Women’s Hockey 1’s won 4-1 on flicks after the game finished 3-3.
Captain Ellie Johnson: “Players MOTM – Laura McGurren for doing some absolutely spectacular saves, especially as it was her first time defending flicks.”
Women’s Tennis
Women’s Tennis 1’s played their first cup match against Middlesex Women 1’s, winning 4-2.
Captain Oksana Savchenko said: “A very, very tough game against a strong team. Mentally it was a very challenging match against some particularly unfriendly individuals, players of the match go to Yukari Kamei and Ami Yoshizoe who withstood it all and continued their winning streak from last week.
