17-year-old stabbed near St. George’s accommodation

It is alleged that a 17-year-old boy has been stabbed outside Tesco Express, just feet away from CCCU’s St George’s student accommodation.

After seeing lots of blue lights outside St George’s, our Reporters Liam Daysh-Holmes and Oliver Picton, went to the scene just after 11pm to find out more.

Eye witnesses, who did not want to be identified, said that a 17-year-old boy has been transported to Kings Hospital in London, via Air Ambulance. His condition is not yet known.

It is also reported that police started to arrive at 22:40, however it took 30 minutes for an ambulance to arrive on scene.

Road closures are in place towards the Premier Inn and the Tesco Express on St. Georges Lane.

Police at the scene refused to give details or statements related to the incident and insisted that Kent Police Press Office will release an official statement in the next day.
