Women’s Hockey
Women’s Hockey 1’s beat Hertfordshire 22-0.
Ellie Johnson said: “MOM Emily Howard and Rosie Savage for composure throughout the match.”
Women’s Hockey 2’s lost 5-0 against London Royal Veterinary College.
Millie Chapman said: “A C4 debut for many of our players! I am so proud of the team and am looking forward to the next game.”
Men’s Football
Men’s Football 2’s lost 2-1 to UCL 1’s.
Luke James Alliband said: “MOTM joint Jeremy and Ifeayi, both kept us in the game and was unlucky to lose.”
Men’s Football 4’s won 6-1 against St Mary’s.
Captain Joe Massarella said: “Great performance from the boys. MOTM Sam our keeper for pen save and qaulity keeping. Top of the league.”
Women’s Football
Women’s Football drew their match 5-5.
Chloe Gilligan said: “Player of the Match: Lillian, for scoring 4 goals!”
Netball 2’s
The twos got of their season off to a winning start by beating Greenwich 1s.
Captain Emmy Sheehan said: “we played really well to bag the win 39-28! There was a lot of ups and downs but in the last quarter we came together as a team and smashed it!

Men’s Basketball
Men’s Basketball beat Queen Mary 74-70.
Captain Will Evans said: “MOTM Will Evans, 14 points, clutch plays (others voted I didn’t give it to myself!)”
Women’s Basketball
Women’s Basketball beat City Women’s 48-28.
Cara Shaw said: “WOTM Mary Ofeodu for remarkable rebounding and defence against the team.”
Men’s Badminton
Men’s Badminton lost 5-3 to LSE 3’s.
Captain James Eastall said: “Great performance from everyone and were unlucky to lose out. MOTM goes to Edwin Taylor for his part in a doubles pairing with Scott Darby. Played outstandingly well, putting in a shift like I’ve never seen before.”
Men’s Hockey
Men’s Hockey 1s lost 0-14 against Reading 1’s.
Ethan West said: “Tough performance against one of the best teams around. MOTM was Sammy Fowler for outstanding keeping and although the score was high, could have been even higher without him.”
The Twos, also suffered defeat to Sussex. Man of the match went to Ollie Johnson who was playing his first ever game of hockey!
Women’s Badminton
Women’s Badminton lost 2-6 to Hertfordshire 1’s.
Rachel Wu said: “Great performance from everyone on the team. WOTM Aimee Dyson, played an outstanding performance against the opposition.”
Men’s Cricket
On Sunday the Men’s Cricket 1’s lost to Canterbury by 1 wicket and beat Gravesend by 5 wickets. The Men’s Cricket 2’s lost to Sturry by 4 wickets.
Jack Lewis Wheeler said: “Player of the Weekend, Fresher Tom Carey, who, playing for the 1’s retired in both games against two very good teams!”
