Free virtual summer festival this weekend!
A free virtual festival featuring DJ sets, games and wellbeing events will be taking place this weekend.
Named The Summer Festival, interactive events will be available across three stages – music, gaming and wellbeing.
The organisers, Native, are describing the festival as the ‘biggest and best Students’ Union event of the year’.
It has also been described as a Pokémon-esque world, where festival goers can travel around online fields to get to whichever stage they wish. It allows participants to gather and bump into friends throughout the online event.
From a wellbeing stage full of yoga, meditation workshops and captivating Q&As, to a prize-packed games stage and an explosive music stage with a line-up fit for all music tastes, this summer festival is just waiting for you to explore… – The Summer Festival
There will be three stages at the festival:
Stage 1: The music stage
This will include a Clean Bandit DJ set
Stage 2: The wellbeing stage
This will include meditation and yoga.
Stage 3: The games stage
This will include bingo and a drag showcase.
